Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager-(Meat Processing & Operations) to oversee our daily meat production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, supervising the butcher team, ensuring product quality, minimizing wastage, and maintaining smooth production processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily meat production based on customer & hotel orders.

• Estimate the required quantity of meat for daily production.

• Ensure maximum utilization of meat while minimizing waste.

• Supervise all meat cutting, portioning, packaging, and storage activities.

• Monitor meat quality and ensure company standards are maintained.

• Lead and supervise the butcher team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain proper inventory and monitor stock levels.

• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company SOP-s are followed.

• Coordinate with the Procurement, Operations, and Sales teams to meet production and delivery schedules.

• Prepare daily production and wastage reports for management.

• Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
