Accessories Company Experience Candidate will get Preferred

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, including SOPs, formats, manuals, and records in line with company and buyer requirements.

• Ensure Cartoon, Poly, Gum Tape & Offset Print quality as per brand, customer and company’s requirements.

• Maintain required records and supporting evidence for buyer compliance and quality verification.

• Audit & Corrective Actions.

• Conduct regular process audits and ensure effective implementation and closure of CAPA.

• Ensure buyer quality protocols, audit checklists, and process requirements are properly implemented.

• Prepare and support QA audits, buyer QA audits, process audits, QMS reviews, and factory audits.

• Coordinate with buyer QA teams for timely closure of corrective actions.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting.

• Monitor and analyze DHU, defect trends, and process-wise defect mapping.

• Prepare quality performance reports and support management in reviewing quality KPIs.

• Ensure effective data analysis and visual control systems.

• Training & Development.

• Conduct training for QC, Production, on QMS procedures, product safety, and buyer quality requirements.

• Develop and maintain skill matrices and competency records for QMS personnel.

• Continuous Improvement & TQM.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives Total Quality Management (TQM) approach.

• Lead KAIZEN, 5S, and PDCA initiatives in coordination with Production and IE teams.

• Product Safety & Testing.

• Ensure compliance with product safety standards and applicable buyer/regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate product testing programs and maintain test reports from approved laboratories.

• Ensure traceability of materials, trims, and finished goods throughout the production process.
