Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of Auto Carton, Poly Bag, Offset Printing, Die Cutting, Lamination, Corrugation, and related production machines.

• Manage maintenance of utility equipment including generators, air compressors, electrical substations, HVAC, fire detection & alarm systems, and water supply and ETP operation .

• Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance KPIs.

• Supervise and develop the maintenance team, including engineers, electricians, technicians, and mechanics.

• Ensure compliance with Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, LOTO, and PPE requirements.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, SCM, and HR departments for smooth factory operations.

• Maintain machine history cards, maintenance records, and calibration schedules.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RSC requirements, and buyer compliance standards.

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.

• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and present performance to management.

• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of Generator License, wastewater testing (DOE) and all statutory and customer compliance audit requirements.
