Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily store and warehouse operation
Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage& issuance of materials and goods
Maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor stock level, temperature check and ensure optimum raw material and goods availability.
Conduct regular stock count
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
Inspect received goods for quantity and quality
Supervise store/warehouse assistants and staffs
Maintain stock register and warehouse documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
