Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise daily store and warehouse operation

• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage& issuance of materials and goods

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Monitor stock level, temperature check and ensure optimum raw material and goods availability.

• Conduct regular stock count

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.

• Inspect received goods for quantity and quality

• Supervise store/warehouse assistants and staffs

• Maintain stock register and warehouse documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
