Responsibilities & Context:
Prepares and issues accurate delivery challans and gate passes for outgoing shipments, ensuring seamless movement of goods from warehouse to transit.
Monitors real-time shipment tracking and coordinates with transporters to guarantee safe, damage-free, and punctual product delivery to client locations.
Facilitates vendor/customer onboarding by creating new party codes in the logistics management system, enabling smooth order processing and billing workflows.
Collects and verifies critical logistics documents to ensure statutory compliance and resolve any transit discrepancies.
