Responsibilities & Context:
- বুফে সাজানো ও রিফিল: অতিথিরা আসার আগে বুফে টেবিল সুন্দরভাবে সাজানো এবং খাবার কমে এলে রান্নাঘর থেকে এনে দ্রুত রিফিল করা।
- টেবিল ক্লিয়ার করা: অতিথিদের খাওয়া শেষ হওয়া মাত্রই টেবিল থেকে ব্যবহৃত প্লেট, বাটি ও গ্লাস দ্রুত এবং দক্ষতার সাথে সরিয়ে ফেলা।
- পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা: বুফে এরিয়া, খাবার কাউন্টার এবং সার্ভিস টেবিল সবসময় পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও পরিপাটি রাখা।
- অতিথি সেবা: রেস্টুরেন্টে আসা অতিথিদের হাসিমুখে স্বাগত জানানো এবং খাবার পরিবেশনে আন্তরিকভাবে সাহায্য করা।
- দলগত কাজ (Teamwork): কিচেন ক্রু, শেফ এবং অন্য সহকর্মীদের সাথে মিলেমিশে দ্রুত গতিতে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
