We are seeking a Reservation Executive to handle flight, hotel, and tour bookings, manage client reservations, and provide accurate travel information. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working with booking systems under time pressure. This role also carries a sales and target based component, requiring the candidate to actively promote travel packages and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests for flights.

• Process bookings accurately using GDS/travel booking software (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)

• Issue tickets, vouchers, and booking confirmations to clients

• Modify, cancel, or rebook reservations as per client requests or circumstances

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details

• Follow up with clients to confirm booking details and share travel documents
