• Age 20 to 40 years

 Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or Travelport will be considered an advantage.

 Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and issuance.

 Process ticket reissue, refund, cancellation, and itinerary changes.

 Provide accurate airfare quotations and travel solutions.

 Assist clients with travel-related queries professionally.

 Maintain excellent customer service and communication.

 Coordinate with airlines and travel partners when necessary.

 Ensure timely and error-free ticketing operations.
