Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 22 years
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales calling and client relationship management, preferably in the hospitality sector.

  • Strong sales drive with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Fluent communication skills in English and Bangla (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and OTA platforms is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

  • Promote the resort’s services, facilities, and packages to both prospective and existing clients.

  • Actively pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.

  • Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients, as well as travel agents and group bookings, through proactive sales calls and cold outreach.

Reservations Support

  • Manage booking inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Confirm reservations, update systems, and coordinate with the Front Office for smooth guest check-ins.

  • Monitor cancellations and ensure booking accuracy.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

  • Handle client queries, concerns, and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads, repeat clients, and referral sources.

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted promotional campaigns.

  • Represent the resort in networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate meetings to enhance visibility and expand the client base.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure seamless service delivery for confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.

  • Share insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and client engagement.
