Responsibilities & Context:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a travel agency or the aviation/travel industry.
Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office, email, and online systems. Experience with GDS/airline reservation systems will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Must be responsible, courteous, sincere, professional, and customer service-oriented.
