Excellent communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
Honest, well-presented, and professional in attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional consultation to clients regarding student, tourist, work, and business visas.
Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
Guide clients through the complete visa application process.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation.
Coordinate with embassies, visa processing centers, and partner agencies when required.
Achieve assigned service and client satisfaction targets.
