Experience Requirements
Candidates with experience in Study Abroad Counseling, Education Consultancy, Student Recruitment, IELTS Counseling, Sales, Customer Service, or Educational Marketing will receive preference.
Other Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong counseling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email, Internet).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Global Citizen Ltd. & GlobalEd are looking for passionate, dynamic, and student-focused Study Abroad Counselors to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide professional counseling to students interested in studying abroad, assist them in selecting suitable universities and courses, guide them through the admission process, and support IELTS registration and preparation services.

Job Responsibilities
Provide professional counseling to students regarding study opportunities in countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and other destinations.
Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, English proficiency, and financial capacity to recommend suitable universities and programs.
Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
Explain university admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, and application timelines.
Promote and enroll students in GlobalEd English language, IELTS, Spoken English, and other academic preparation courses.
Counsel students regarding IELTS test requirements for different universities and countries.
Assist students with IELTS registration, including test module selection, test dates, registration procedures, payment guidance, and required documentation.
Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM/database updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions.
Achieve monthly counseling, enrollment, and IELTS registration targets.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Stay updated on immigration policies, university admission criteria, scholarships, and IELTS examination procedures.
