• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

Hotel/Resort Software knowledge required.

IT Infrastructure & System Support

• Maintain and monitor all IT systems, networks, servers and hardware.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, routers, switches and other IT equipment.

• Ensure uninterrupted connectivity 24/7.

• Liaise with software vendors and other department for any issue resolution.

Data Backup, Recovery & Monitoring

• Perform daily data backups.

• Ensure safe data storage and quick recovery when required.

User Support & IT Helpdesk

• Provide technical support to all department and management.

• Resolve issues related to software, hardware, network and email.

• Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolution steps and system inventories.

System Maintenance & Reporting

• Conduct preventive maintenance of IT equipment.

• Maintain records of licenses, hardware, software subscriptions, warranties and vendor contracts.

• Prepare periodic IT status reports for management.

Website & Digital Support (if required)

• Support company website updates, email hosting, domain and digital services.

• Mobile bill
• Salary Review: Yearly
