• Job Context

  We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hotel. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, high guest satisfaction, team coordination, and efficient use of resources across all departments.

  Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day Hotel operation to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve operational issues quickly.

  • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.

  • Manage staff schedules, workflow, and departmental coordination.

  • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.

  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

  • Inspect facilities regularly and ensure proper maintenance.

  • Handle guest complain and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
