Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our team.

• Promote and market the company's services through online and offline channels.

• Identify prospective clients through marketing activities, referrals, social media, and networking, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments or bookings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and business partners.

• Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries, and walk-in clients.

• Assist clients with application forms, document verification, appointment scheduling, and submission procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, payments, and follow-up activities using company systems.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

• Create and publish marketing content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, marketing, and client service reports for management.

• Achieve assigned sales, recruitment, and business development targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth and operational excellence.
