Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service experience
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Google Suite
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, time management, ability to multitask
Fluent in English and Bengali
Standard office hours with flexibility for occasional events
Maintain and manage the corporate sales CRM by ensuring accurate account records, updating sales activities, tracking pipelines, and generating regular sales reports.
Support the preparation, formatting, administration, and filing of corporate sales proposals, membership contracts, agreements, and renewal tracking.
Coordinate corporate client site visits and meetings, including scheduling, logistics management, material preparation, and follow-up communications.
Manage inbound corporate leads, qualify prospects, assign leads to Account Managers, and maintain prospect databases and follow-up activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for routine corporate sales inquiries, providing timely information and ensuring excellent client service.
Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and key sales metrics to support management decision-making.
Assist in executing marketing and communication initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and client engagement activities.
Support the planning and execution of corporate client events and appreciation programs, including guest management, event coordination, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
