Responsibilities & Context:

Your recruitment will be under Amnestar Solutions Ltd, GSA for China Southern Airlines, Bangladesh. It operates by a team of young and energetic professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create weekly sales data

    • Prepare weekly sales reports.

    • Analyze ticket sales and revenue performance.

    • Present reports to senior management.

  • GDS qualified and good knowledge on Reservation & Ticketing

    • Be proficient in a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.

    • Make flight reservations, issue tickets, reissue tickets, process refunds, and handle itinerary changes.

    • Assist travel agents and passengers with booking-related inquiries.

  • Promote & develop GSA sales

    • Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients.

    • Increase ticket sales for China Southern Airlines.

    • Conduct sales visits, promotions, and marketing activities.

  • After office ticketing support from home when required

    • Remain available outside office hours for urgent ticketing requests.

    • Handle flight changes, emergency reissues, or last-minute bookings remotely.

  • Support Airport Team if there is any ticketing issue on Flight operation time

    • Assist airport staff with ticketing-related issues during flight departures or arrivals.

    • Resolve fare differences, rebooking, ticket validation, and passenger travel document issues.

Skills:

  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

  • Airline reservation and ticketing knowledge.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills for preparing sales reports.

  • Ability to work under pressure and outside office hours when necessary with own computer/laptop support.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with relationship-building ability.

  • Good English communication skills.
