- Product branding & advertisement knowledge
- Advanced level knowledge on Microsoft office
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Must experienced with issue, reissue & Refund
- Very good knowledge on current Airlines market
- Good connection and knowledge on local Agents and their business
- Very good knowledge on China Southern Airlines
- Good command in spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Candidate with at least 5 year of experience in any airline or hospitality/service industry
- As the position you are applying for is a Safety Sensitive Role you are also required to provide the Certificate of No Criminal Record.
- Develop & promote GSA business
