Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome guests professionally with a warm and courteous attitude.
Assist guests during entry and exit.
Guide guests to the reception or designated areas.
Maintain orderly guest flow during peak hours.
Provide basic information regarding facilities and services.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of entrance areas.
Coordinate with Front Office and Security teams when necessary.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
