Responsibilities & Context:
Consult with clients to understand their travel plans and recommend suitable visa and tour solutions.
Manage end-to-end visa processing activities, including client communication, document verification, and application coordination.
Design attractive domestic and international tour packages based on customer preferences and budget.
Provide professional guidance on travel requirements, itineraries, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the visa and travel process.
Generate new sales opportunities through customer inquiries, referrals, and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent travel consultancy services.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and overseas partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, bookings, and visa-related documents.
Support the company in achieving sales goals and expanding the customer base.
