SKYZEN TRAVELS is a travel and visa consultancy company providing professional visa processing, air ticketing, hotel booking, and travel-related services. We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused candidates to join our team and contribute to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information regarding visa requirements, travel regulations, and travel packages.
Handle air ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements.
Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Maintain accurate client records and office documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the application process.
Follow up with clients regarding ongoing applications and travel plans.
Perform general administrative and office management tasks as assigned.
