We are looking for energetic, smart, confident, and career-oriented individuals who are passionate about communication, digital marketing, and student counselling.

## Job Responsibilities

* Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Reply to comments, messages, and student inquiries professionally and promptly.

* Present the company's services and study abroad opportunities through promotional videos and live sessions.

* Conduct face-to-face counselling sessions with students and guardians.

* Explain admission requirements, university options, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, and application processes.

* Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

* Assist students in selecting suitable universities and study destinations.

* Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth application processing.

* Create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness.

* Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

* Maintain accurate records of student enquiries and counselling activities.

* Achieve monthly counselling and marketing targets.

## Employment Status: Full-Time

## Educational Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Candidates from Business, Marketing, English, or related fields will receive preference.

## Experience Requirements

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Education Consultancy, Customer Service, Sales, or Digital Marketing will be given preference.

## Additional Requirements

* Age: 22–40 years (Preferred).

* Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.

* Confident and presentable personality.

* Comfortable appearing in promotional videos and speaking in front of the camera.

* Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.

## Job Location- Panthapath- Dhaka

25k-40k (Based on skills and experience)
