Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert study-abroad counselling across channels (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and social media).

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, programs, scholarships, and cost estimates.

• Assist with visa preparation and documentation (SOPs, financial proofs, embassy/immigration compliance).

• Stay current on immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and university requirements.

• Follow up with applicants to maximise conversion and ensure high satisfaction.

• Coordinate with universities, foreign partners, and internal teams for smooth case handling.

• Support basic office management tasks and demonstrate professionalism.

• Maintain good physical and mental health to ensure regular office attendance and reliable performance.
