Responsibilities & Context: Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurant Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka Duration: [3-6 months] Job Summary: The Waiter Intern will assist the restaurant team in providing high-quality service to guests while learning professional food and beverage service standards. This internship offers practical exposure to front-of-house operations, guest interaction, and restaurant management procedures. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and service standards. Assist in setting up dining areas, arranging tables, and maintaining cleanliness. Learn and follow proper etiquette for table service, utensil handling, and guest interactions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints courteously under supervision. Assist in clearing tables, cleaning dining areas, and resetting for the next guests. Observe and learn billing, POS operation, and inventory management processes. Attend training sessions to understand restaurant policies, service standards, and guest satisfaction practices. .
