Experience:

• SSC

• Minimum GPA 2.5 in SSC (Vocational) or NTVQ qualified from Govt. Approved Institute.
• Professional Trade Course or Short Course from Govt. Approved Technical Institute.

• Age 22 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Educational qualification may be relaxed based on experience and competency.
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers.
• Good knowledge or building management and engineering.

• Polish objects or parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand tools and power tools as needed.
• Load and adjust work pieces onto equipment or work tables, using hand tools when needed.
• Measure and mark equipment, objects, or parts to ensure polishing standards are met.
• Clean, sand, strip, fill holes/cracks, and prime surfaces (walls, furniture, composites) for optimal paint adhesion.
• Restore antique or high-value wooden furniture to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
• Repair scratches, dents, watermarks, and discoloration on wood furniture and fittings.
• Apply French polishing techniques such as shellac finishing where required.
• Ensure minimal disruption to guests while performing polishing or repair tasks.
