Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and approach potential customers through telephone and digital channels like telemarketing WhatsApp and email marketing.
Generate new sales leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.
Communicate with worker and agent to understand their travel needs and offer our suitable solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on pending issues promptly.
Receive customer complaints, record them accurately, and discuss with management to give solution.
Build long-term relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
