Experience:

Position Overview
AYAT Education is seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager, Skilled Migration Program, to lead and expand AYAT's global footprint. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex international labor markets, manage large-scale recruitment pipelines, and ensure the highest standards of ethical migration. The Manager will be responsible for transforming AYAT's training outcomes into successful international placements, working at the intersection of vocational education, government relations, and global business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Management and Growth
Design, implement, and scale up AYAT Education's skilled migration programs to meet the growing global demand for healthcare and technical professionals.
Develop innovative pathways for international job placement by aligning the curricula of ASDC, ACTI, and ACNHS with specific labor market requirements in Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.
Conduct continuous monitoring of global labor market trends and migration policies to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of competitive recruitment landscapes.
Formulate and execute a long-term strategic roadmap for AYAT Education that balances social impact with financial sustainability.
2. International Partnerships and Global Placement
Build and proactively manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships with overseas employers, recruitment agencies, and foreign government migration programs.
Act as the primary liaison with foreign embassies, labor wings, and international migration-support institutions to facilitate seamless legal compliance and diplomatic support.
Coordinate high-level visa processing operations, ensuring all documentation and onboarding support meet the stringent requirements of host countries.
Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs) with global partners to ensure the protection and fair treatment of AYAT-trained migrants
3. Candidate Preparation and Language Training Management
Oversee the end-to-end candidate preparation lifecycle, including enrollment, technical upskilling, and a rigorous language acquisition framework.
Manage and coordinate multi-track language training programs, ensuring candidates meet specific proficiency levels for English (IELTS/OET), German (Goethe/TELC), Italian (PLIDA/CILS), Japanese (JLPT/NAT-TEST), Korean (TOPIK), and Arabic.
Establish and maintain strategic alliances with accredited language training centers and international certification bodies to ensure high passing rates and standardized testing.
Implement a continuous manitoring and evaluation system for language cohorts, providing remedial support to ensure candidates meet migration timelines.
Collaborate with academic leads to integrate Language for Specific Purposes (eg. Medical German or Italian for Caregivers) into the core technical training.
4. Ethical Migration, Compliance, and Advocacy
Ensure all outbound migration activities strictly adhere to national labor laws, international ethical recruitment standards (such as the WHO Code of Practice), and BMET regulations.
Design and oversee comprehensive pre-departure orientations (PDO) and post-departure follow-up systems to ensure migrant well-being and contract compliance.
Lead advocacy efforts with government authorities (MOEWOE, BMET) to promote safe and skilled migration policies that benefit Bangladeshi youth.
Maintain an ironclad compliance framework, ensuring all records, reports, and licenses are updated and ready for audit at any time.
5. Leadership and Inter-departmental Synergy
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team responsible for outreach, language training coordination, placement, and candidate care.
Work in close synchronization with internal ventures (Nursing College, Caregiver Training Institute, Skills Center) to ensure a 'training-to-placement loop that is efficient and data-driven.
Provide regular strategic briefings to the management on pipeline health, placement successes, and risk mitigation strategies.
