Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
Certificate/Diploma in Italian Language (CEFR A1/A2/B1/82)
International certifications such as CELI / CILS/PLIDA will be highly preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Italian language training
Experience working with migrant workers, TVET learners, or development projects will be an added advantage
Strong command of the Italian language with clear pronunciation and functional communication skills
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Familiarity with CBTA/competency-based training approaches (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital learning tools
Ability to work in a team-oriented, multicultural, and project-driven environment
Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to social development
Willingness and ability to travel to training locations as required

Position Overview
AYAT Education is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Italian Language Trainer to prepare learners for successful integration into European labor markets. This role requires an educator capable of delivering high-impact italian language instruction aligned with migration-oriented vocational pathways. The Trainer will be responsible for strengthening learners' functional communication skills, cultural awareness, and workplace readiness-particularly for those enrolled in caregiving and RMG-related trades ensuring they meet the linguistic and professional expectations of employment in italy and across the EU, Working closely with AYAT Skill Development Center (ASDC) and AYAT Care Training Institute (ACTI), the role operates at the intersection of language education, workforce mobility, and ethical international migration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Italian language courses aligned with CEFR A1-A2 levels, contextualized to vocational and occupational needs.
Adapt language lessons to job-specific contexts such as Caregiving and RMG sectors.
Integrate italian workplace culture, communication norms, and basic labor-related terminology into training sessions.
Conduct placement tests, continuous assessments, and final assessments to track learner progress.
Prepare trainees for internationally recognized Italian language certification exams (eg. CELI/CILS).
Deliver language sessions in coordination with technical/vocational trainers to ensure alignment between language and trade skills.
Use interactive and learner-centered methods, including role plays, audio-visual materials, mobile apps, and scenario-based learning
Maintain accurate records of attendance, learner performance, and assessment results.
Prepare and submit regular training and progress reports to the project and M&E team.
Support pre-departure orientation sessions, emphasizing the role of language skills in employment, safety, and social integration abroad.
Participate in review meetings, curriculum improvement initiatives, and other project-related activities
Carry out any other tasks assigned by management in line with project objectives.
