• Age 21 to 45 years

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla with clear pronunciation.

2. Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office, operating software applications, and sound knowledge of social media platforms.

3. Conduct classes and teacher training in line with curriculum guidelines.

4. Coordinate monthly meetings (Parents’ & Teachers’) and support academic events.

5. Monitor student progress and provide effective counseling and feedback to support their academic growth.

6. Maintain center standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

7. Drive student enrollment through proactive engagement and professional conduct.

8. Achieve targeted KPIs consistently.

9. Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, solve problems proactively, and work independently under pressure.

10. Willing to travel nationwide for center supervision when required.
