- Age 25 to 35 years
Experience: 5–7 years as a Gym Instructor or Fitness Trainer in a gym, health club, fitness center, or club.
Good knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and gym equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit, energetic, and customer service-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the daily operations of the gym and assist members with fitness activities.
Guide members on the proper use of gym equipment.
Develop and demonstrate fitness and exercise programs based on members` needs.
Ensure all gym equipment is clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Monitor members during workouts to promote safety and proper exercise techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the gym area.
Provide excellent customer service and perform other duties assigned by the management.
Office Hours: Shift Basis
