Experience: 5–10 years in a club, hotel, or similar hospitality establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staff and maintain high standards of member service.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the club's card room.
Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Coordinate and monitor card games and related activities in accordance with club rules.
Maintain attendance, schedules, and performance of card room staff.
Handle members' queries and resolve operational issues professionally.
Ensure club policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Prepare reports and perform other duties assigned by the management.
Office Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Workplace: Motijheel, Dhaka
