• Post-graduation in Human Resource Management.

• Professional HR certification will be given preference.

• At least 18 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 18 years of experience as an HR professional in progressively higher positions.

• Previous experience in any reputed educational institution will be given preference.

• Sound knowledge of university governance, academic regulations, administrative procedures, and higher education policies.

• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh Labor Law, 2006.

• Sound understanding of compliance and disciplinary procedures.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP and the ability to establish KPIs and SMART job descriptions will be given preference.

• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and team management skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and manage administrative personnel.

• Experience in leading change programs and embedding new ways of working.

• Proven track record of team management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software; fluency in Bangla and English.

• Manage all HR operational activities.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and maintain productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic university environment.
