Responsibilities & Context:
Rifle Coach
Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation is seeking a qualified and experienced Rifle Coach to provide professional coaching, technical guidance, and structured training support to athletes and contribute to the development of shooting performance.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct structured rifle shooting training sessions for athletes.
Provide technical coaching and guidance to improve shooting skills and competitive performance.
Develop and implement appropriate training plans based on athletes’ skill levels and performance objectives.
Monitor athletes’ progress and provide regular performance feedback.
Identify technical areas for improvement and provide appropriate corrective guidance.
Prepare athletes for national and international competitions in accordance with applicable ISSF rules and standards.
Maintain proper training records and report athletes’ progress to the Federation.
Coordinate with Federation officials and other coaching and support staff regarding athlete development and training activities.
Educational Requirements
Must be an ISSF Certified Rifle Coach.
Relevant coaching certification and professional credentials must be clearly mentioned in the CV.
Additional qualifications in Sports Coaching, Sports Science, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
Relevant professional experience as a Rifle Coach.
Experience in coaching competitive shooters at national or international level will be preferred.
Proven experience in athlete development and competitive shooting will be an added advantage.
