Ensure children’s safety and enforce playground rules.
Monitor staff performance and assign daily duties.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper facility conditions.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Check playground equipment and report maintenance issues.
Manage incidents and follow safety procedures.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure smooth customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
