Job Description : Education Counselor

Job Type: Full-time | Location: Baridhara, Dhaka Application Deadline: 5th August 2026

The Role:
Are you a vibrant, approachable, and empathetic communicator with a strong command of English? We are looking for a dynamic female Education Counselor to be the friendly, trusted face of StairTouch for our students. You will guide students through their study abroad dreams, focusing on top destinations like Cyprus, Malta, and South Korea. Additionally, you will work closely with our leadership team to support the Global Affairs department, giving you a unique opportunity to learn the strategic side of international university partnerships (full training and mentorship provided for this).

What You’ll Do:
● Counsel prospective students warmly and professionally, guiding them on university selections, admission requirements, and career pathways.
● Share your expertise on European and Asian destinations to help students make informed, confident decisions.
● Provide essential visa guidance, helping students understand documentation requirements, financial proofs, and interview preparation to ensure a high success rate.
● Support the Global Affairs department with university communications and partnership development (we will train you to excel in this!).
● Act as a mentor and friendly guide to students, ensuring they feel supported from their first inquiry to their final departure.

What We’re Looking For:
● Female candidates with a vibrant, approachable, and mature personality, excellent presentation skills, and a strong command of spoken and written English.
● Bachelor’s (Honors) degree from a reputed private university. (Note: We highly encourage dedicated, bright running students to apply as well!)
● At least 1 year of hands-on experience in student counseling within the study abroad sector. You should already know the counseling flow and destination details.
● Prior knowledge of student visa processes and guidance is highly preferred, allowing you to confidently assist students with their immigration queries from day one.
● A genuine passion for helping students and a friendly demeanor that makes students feel comfortable and inspired.
