Experience:
Minimum graduate in any subject, BA in Japanese Language will get preferred.
Mandatory Certification: Minimum JLPT N4, N3 or NAT-TEST Q3 certified. Candidates with N2 or N1 levels will receive distinct preference.
Excellent capability to break down complex grammar points and Kanji concepts into easily digestible lessons for beginners.
Fluent in the local language (for instruction explanation) with exceptional command over spoken and written Japanese.
Ability to manage students of varying learning speeds and backgrounds.
Comfortable using multimedia projectors, digital language labs, and handling online/hybrid classes (via Zoom or Google Meet) if required.
ST MIRAI seeking a structured, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Japanese Language Instructor/Trainer to join our premier training center. The primary responsibility is to conduct regular batch-wise classes, guiding students from foundational levels to professional proficiency. The ideal candidate will focus heavily on preparing students for international proficiency exams (such as JLPT, NAT-TEST, or TOP-J) and equipping them with the practical communication skills needed for higher education or employment in Japan.
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to multiple batches daily, covering levels from N5 to N3 (or N2, depending on expertise).
Ensure all four core language skills—Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (including Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji)—are thoroughly covered according to the institute`s academic calendar.
Maintain a vibrant, interactive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Design and execute intensive preparation modules specifically tailored for standard exams like the JLPT and NAT-TEST.
Conduct regular mock tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide deep-dive feedback on time-management and test-taking strategies.
Focus on improving institutional pass rates and ensuring high student success metrics.
Develop supplementary teaching aids, including flashcards, audio-visual materials, vocabulary sheets, and daily worksheets to enhance learning.
Incorporate practical sessions on Japanese business manners, cultural etiquette, and lifestyle habits to prepare students for real-world integration.
Maintain rigorous records of student attendance, daily class progress, and test scores.
Identify struggling students and provide remedial support or counseling to help them keep pace with the batch.
Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the Center Lead / Management team.
Conduct demo classes or introductory seminars for prospective students during admission campaigns.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum review sessions, and institutional events.
