About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Intern Teaching Assistants who are interested in education, curriculum development, instructional design, and modern learning technologies. You will work closely with our academic and course development team to help transform learning objectives into structured curricula, lessons, activities, assessments, and practical learning experiences.

A key part of the internship will involve testing and implementing curricula with real learners and test students, observing how they respond to lessons and activities, and helping improve the learning experience based on feedback and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and preparing course curricula and learning structures.

• Help develop lessons, presentations, reading materials, exercises, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

• Organize course materials according to learning objectives and curriculum requirements.

• Support instructors and curriculum developers in improving existing courses.

• Participate in testing new lessons and learning activities with test students.

• Assist in implementing curricula with real students under supervision.

• Observe student participation, understanding, difficulties, and learning outcomes.

• Collect student feedback and identify areas where course materials can be improved.

• Review and revise course materials based on testing and feedback.

• Use AI and digital learning tools to support research, content development, assessment, and teaching activities.

• Maintain documentation of curriculum versions, teaching materials, tests, and student feedback.

Who Can Apply

Students or recent graduates from Education, English, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Candidates should have:

• Strong practical ability to use AI tools for research, content development, lesson preparation, and productivity.

• Good working proficiency in Microsoft Word for preparing structured course documents, worksheets, and learning materials.

• Good working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for developing clear, professional, and engaging lesson presentations.

• Strong interest in teaching, education, and curriculum development.

• Good research and writing skills.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and simply.

• Good English communication skills.

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Interest in AI-powered education and digital learning.

• Ability to work with students professionally and responsibly.

Previous teaching experience is not mandatory. Candidates with tutoring, mentoring, content development, presentation, or student leadership experience will have an advantage.
