Education:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
Must have achieved at least 03× First Class/Div/A Grade (not below 3.5 at Undergraduate level) in the entire educational qualification.
Preference will be given to candidates holding an MPhil or PhD degree.

Responsibilities & Context:
Position Description: BAIUST invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and committed individuals for the position of Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering (CE). The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, academic leadership, and service to both the university and the broader academic community.
Subject Areas: Civil Engineering (CE)
Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in all areas of Civil Engineering.
Teach specialized courses e.g Hydrology and irrigation engineering, Environment Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, open channel flow etc and related sessional with these theoretical course.
Assist in the continuous review and development of the department’s programs.
Assist in developing academic techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students’ work and give feedback.
Any other related jobs as assigned by the University authority.
