Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise all academic activities of the vocational school.
Ensure training programs follow BTEB guidelines and competency-based training (CBT) models.
Supervise teachers, instructors, trainers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Ensure proper operation and utilization & maintenance of workshops, machines, tools, and technical equipment.
Identify training and development needs of teachers and instructors
Facilitate industrial visits, internships, apprenticeships, and workplace-based learning opportunities.
Ensure compliance with applicable government, education, vocational training, and technical regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance such as student enrollment, attendance, academic results, completion rates, and employment outcomes
Manage vocational school budgets, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, and resource distribution
Ensure a safe, disciplined, respectful, and student-friendly learning environment
