• Age At least 25 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or relevant nursing qualification; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Valid nursing registration/license as required by the relevant authority.

• Relevant clinical nursing experience.

• Teaching experience in a nursing institution is mendatory.

• Develop and deliver theoretical nursing lessons to students.

• Prepare lesson plans, lectures, assignments, and learning materials.

• Demonstrate nursing procedures and clinical skills.

• Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

• Evaluate students’ academic performance and clinical competencies.

• Conduct examinations, quizzes, practical assessments, and skill evaluations.

• Provide guidance, feedback, and academic support to students.

• Maintain accurate student attendance, assessment, and performance records.

• Ensure that students follow nursing ethics, professional standards, and patient-safety practices.

• Coordinate with hospital/clinical staff regarding student clinical training.

• Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment.

• Stay updated with current nursing practices, guidelines, and healthcare developments
