Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital is one of the renowned Institutions in Bangladesh. Sister Concern of Rangpur Group. is going to recruit competent and self-motivated individuals for the following position. It is dedicated to improve in quality, safety & patient care. Proactive and dynamic candidates are invited to fill up the following post: Consultant - Radiologist.

  • Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-ray, ultrasonography, CT, MRI, and other specialized procedures.

  • Analyze images accurately to identify abnormalities, diseases, or injuries and prepare clear, concise, and clinically relevant reports.

  • Prepare timely reporting of imaging studies, prioritizing emergency and critical cases to support urgent clinical decisions.

  • Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to clarify clinical questions, discuss findings, and recommend further investigations when necessary.

  • Conduct and supervise ultrasound and specialized imaging procedures using appropriate techniques while ensuring client safety and comfort.

  • Apply radiation protection principles and comply with BAERA regulations, professional standards, and manufacturer guidelines to minimize unnecessary exposure.

  • Maintain proper protection of clients, staff, and accompanying persons before procedures involving ionizing radiation.

  • Monitor image quality, identify artifacts or technical errors, and implement corrective measures to maintain diagnostic accuracy and avoid repeat exposure.

  • Oversee the safe operation, testing, cleaning, calibration, storage, and preventive maintenance of imaging equipment according to manufacturer recommendations.

  • Report equipment malfunctions promptly, coordinate repairs with technical personnel or biomedical engineers, and maintain recommended environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity.
