• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• IELTS band score of 7.5 or above (preferred).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students with different learning abilities and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with online and offline teaching methods.
• Experience in using digital tools for teaching (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.) is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and results-driven English & IELTS Trainer to lead our test preparation and English language modules. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality IELTS (Academic & General Training) and Spoken English instruction, mentor students targeting study abroad options, and participate in training sessions/workshops that may require local travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Workshop Instruction: Deliver interactive IELTS preparation (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) and Spoken/Academic English modules.

• Curriculum & Materials: Utilize and adapt standardized IELTS prep materials, mock tests, and supplementary aids (including integration with modern edtech tools).

• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across different campaign sites, partner institutions, or branch locations for intensive bootcamps, workshops, or scheduled classes.

Student Assessment & Feedback: Conduct diagnostic tests, score practice tests, track student progress, and provide structured feedback to help students meet target band scores (5.5–8.0+).

Mentorship: Guide prospective study-abroad candidates on language requirements and build their confidence for university interviews and visa assessments. In addition to mentoring students, the trainer will be required to train skilled workers for their transition to the UK with a skilled worker status for qualified professionals.

Employment Status

• Full-time / Contractual (Classes starting at the beginning of next month)

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, ELT, or a related field from a reputed university.

• IELTS Score: Official IELTS score band of 7.5 or above (or demonstrable equivalent expertise).

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience teaching IELTS and English communication skills in a reputable institute or edtech firm.

• Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and ready to travel for out-of-station training sessions or intensive workshops.

• Key Skills: Excellent command over British English pronunciation/phonetics, strong presentation skills, classroom management, and familiarity with modern edtech/LMS platforms.
