∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Instructor.
∎ Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
∎ IELTS band score of 7.5 or above (preferred).
∎ Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle students with different learning abilities and backgrounds.
∎ Familiarity with online and offline teaching methods.
∎ Experience in using digital tools for teaching (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
∎ Develop lesson plans, practice tests, and training materials for students.
∎ Provide individual and group training sessions based on students' proficiency levels.
∎ Assess students' strengths and weaknesses, and provide feedback for improvement.
∎ Stay updated with the latest IELTS test patterns and marking criteria.- Conduct mock tests and evaluate students' performance.
∎ Guide students in time management, test strategies, and skill enhancement.
∎ Assist students in building confidence in English communication.
