∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ In-depth knowledge of international higher education systems and admission requirements
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
∎ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to empathise with students
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Strong public speaking and presentation skills
∎ Availability for occasional travel to attend education fairs and partner meetings.
