As an IELTS Trainer/Instructor at BARC, you won’t simply teach four IELTS modules. You’ll help learners build the language, confidence, and skills they need to pursue education, careers, and opportunities beyond Bangladesh.

You’ll be part of a team that is working to move English education beyond memorisation, shortcuts, and test tricks - towards meaningful learning, measurable progress, and real communication.

Your role will involve:

• Inspire & Teach: Deliver engaging, student-centred IELTS lessons across Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.

• Diagnose & Develop: Understand learners’ strengths and gaps, then adapt your teaching to help them progress.

• Design Learning: Create and refine engaging lesson materials, activities, practice tasks, and assessments.

• Build Progress: Set learning goals, assign meaningful tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.

• Go Beyond the Classroom: Develop both digital and print learning resources that support students before, during, and after class.

• Raise the Standard: Follow BARC’s academic framework while continuously experimenting with better ways to teach, practise, assess, and learn.

• Create Impact: Help students move from I want Band 6 to I know my current condition, I can get a band 7 easily.
