Teacher – Bangla Medium / English Medium / IELTS

Toppers’ Academy is looking for dedicated, responsible, and student-focused teachers to join our academic team. We are hiring for the following positions:

• English Medium Teacher: 7 Positions

• Bangla Medium Teacher: 4 Positions

• IELTS Teacher: 2 Positions

Job Responsibilities

General Teaching Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and well-structured classes according to students’ academic levels and learning needs.

• Prepare lesson plans, class materials, worksheets, assignments, and other learning resources.

• Explain lessons clearly and ensure students understand the topics before moving forward.

• Assess students’ academic progress through class tests, assignments, quizzes, and regular evaluations.

• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who require improvement.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and friendly classroom environment.

• Monitor students’ attendance, participation, performance, and overall academic progress.

• Communicate professionally with students, guardians, and the academic/management team when required.

• Identify students’ learning difficulties and take appropriate measures to improve their performance.

• Maintain necessary academic records, assessment reports, and class-related documentation.

• Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, academic planning, and institutional activities.

• Follow the academic curriculum, teaching guidelines, class schedules, and policies of Toppers’ Academy.

• Continuously improve teaching methods and stay updated with relevant academic content.

English Medium Teacher – 7 Positions

Salary: BDT 13,000 – 18,000 per month

Additional Responsibilities

• Teach English Medium students according to their curriculum and academic requirements.

• Provide subject-based guidance and assist students in preparing for examinations.

• Develop age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned learning materials.

• Support students in improving conceptual understanding, communication, writing, and analytical skills.

• Provide individual attention and remedial support where necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject from a recognized institution.

• Strong command of English and effective communication skills.

• Previous teaching/tutoring experience will be preferred.

• Ability to teach and manage students professionally.

• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.

Bangla Medium Teacher – 4 Positions

Salary: BDT 8,000 – 10,000 per month

Additional Responsibilities

• Teach Bangla Medium students according to their academic syllabus and class requirements.

• Prepare students for school examinations, class tests, and academic assessments.

• Explain difficult topics in a simple and understandable manner.

• Provide regular practice, assignments, and feedback to improve students’ academic performance.

• Identify weak areas and provide additional academic support when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic qualification.

• Strong subject knowledge and good communication skills.

• Previous teaching/tutoring experience will be preferred.

• Ability to maintain classroom discipline and student engagement.

• Freshers with good academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

IELTS Teacher – 2 Positions

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications

Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes for students targeting Academic or General Training modules.

• Teach and provide structured guidance for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and IELTS-focused learning resources.

• Evaluate students’ performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

• Conduct regular mock tests and track students’ progress.

• Provide detailed guidance on IELTS Writing and Speaking, including grammar, vocabulary, coherence, pronunciation, and fluency.

• Help students understand IELTS question patterns, assessment criteria, and effective test-taking strategies.

• Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.

• Stay updated with IELTS exam patterns, materials, and teaching methodologies.

IELTS Teacher Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant IELTS teaching experience.

• Minimum IELTS overall score of 7.5.

• Strong command of English with excellent speaking and writing skills.

• Strong knowledge of IELTS examination structure and assessment criteria.

• Demonstrated ability to help students achieve their target band scores.

• Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.

• Experience with IELTS coaching/training will be strongly preferred.
