Responsibilities & Context:

1. Customer Handling (Over Call)

• Maintain communication with potential and existing clients via calls

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable advertising solutions

• Conduct regular follow-ups to build strong client relationships 2. Sales & Client Conversion

• Convert inquiries into confirmed deals .

• Explain advertising packages to increase sales

3. Location-wise Team Leadership

• Lead marketing teams based on different locations

• Monitor and guide field team activities

• Ensure team performance meets assigned targets

4. Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop effective strategies to increase Billboard TV advertising

• Plan according to target audience and business sectors

5. Campaign Planning & Execution .

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns for clients

• Ensure timely ad placement and monitor performance

6. Lead Generation

• Develop online and offline marketing plans to acquire new clients

• Target corporate clients and local businesses

7. Market Research

• Conduct competitor analysis

• Identify high-demand locations and industries for advertising 8. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare reports on sales, campaign performance, and client growth

• Sales Conversion Rate: Percentage of inquiries converted into paid clients

• Revenue Target Achievement: Monthly sales vs. assigned targets

• Client Retention Rate: Repeat clients and long-term contracts

• Lead Generation Efficiency: Quantity and quality of new leads generated Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, sales, or advertising industry

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals and meet targets

• Communication: Excellent calling, negotiation, and client handling skills

• Leadership: Ability to manage and guide field/marketing teams
