Experience:
The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for managing professional communication with recruitment partners, students, and internal teams through telephone, online meetings, training sessions, and other communication channels.
The role requires a confident and persuasive communicator who can build strong relationships, conduct product and destination training, communicate institutional updates, follow up with partners, and ensure that recruitment partners have the necessary knowledge and information to effectively promote the company’s programmes and destinations.
The position will play an important role in partner engagement, relationship management, training, follow-ups, and business development support.
Manage regular telephone communication and follow-ups with recruitment partners, students, and prospective stakeholders.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing recruitment partners through consistent communication.
Conduct regular training sessions for recruitment partners on universities, colleges, programmes, destinations, admission procedures, visa requirements, and recruitment strategies.
Organise and conduct online training sessions, product briefings, webinars, and partner orientation sessions.
Clearly communicate updates regarding new programmes, intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements, visa procedures, deadlines, and institutional policies.
Follow up with partners regarding student leads, applications, pending documents, offers, deposits, visa applications, and enrolments.
Identify partner concerns and coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication with inactive or low-performing partners to encourage engagement and improve recruitment activity.
Support the business development team in partner activation, relationship building, and market development.
Prepare training materials, presentations, talking points, and communication materials for partner sessions.
Conduct one-to-one and group counselling/training sessions when required.
Communicate confidently with partners from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Make outbound calls to partners for business development, follow-ups, campaign promotion, event invitations, and recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, training sessions, partner feedback, and follow-up activities.
Collect feedback from partners and communicate market requirements, challenges, and opportunities to management.
Promote upcoming intakes, campaigns, events, webinars, and institutional opportunities through direct communication.
Coordinate with marketing, admissions, visa, and business development teams to ensure partners receive accurate and timely information.
Monitor partner engagement and prepare regular reports on calls, follow-ups, training sessions, active partners, leads, applications, and conversions.
Represent the company professionally during partner meetings, training sessions, webinars, and industry events.
Support management in strengthening the company’s partner network, communication standards, and market presence.
