• At least a Second-Class Master's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a good academic record.

• Age At least 30 years

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a public or private university, preferably in a similar position; or A minimum of 15 years of relevant administrative experience in government, semi-government or corporate organizations.

• The candidate is expected to be well-versed in University Acts, Rules and Regulations, Statutes, and Policies, and capable of independently handling university administration. The candidate must be dynamic, energetic, capable of working under pressure and able to provide effective administrative support to the Vice Chancellor, the Board of Trustees and other Statutory committees of the University.

• Computer literacy and good communication skills in English are essential.
