Responsibilities & Context:

Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher shall plan and deliver engaging lessons in the assigned subject(s) in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. He/She shall facilitate effective teaching and learning, assess and monitor students’ academic progress, maintain classroom discipline, and support the overall development of students. The Assistant Teacher shall also work closely with the Head Teacher, Head of Department, and other members of staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, supportive, and student-centred learning environment.

Senior Teacher

The Senior Teacher shall plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality teaching and learning in the assigned subject area in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. He/She shall monitor students’ academic progress, provide academic guidance and mentorship to junior teachers, and support curriculum implementation and assessment activities. The Senior Teacher shall work closely with the Head Teacher and Head of Department to maintain academic standards, promote effective teaching practices, and ensure a disciplined, inclusive, supportive, and student-centred learning environment.
